1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You changed your mind within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Products that cannot be returned:
Used gaming headsets (for hygiene reasons)
Opened software or digital products
Custom-made or clearance items
Items showing physical damage not caused by delivery
Our support team will guide you through the process.
3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For voluntary returns (change of mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.
Refunds are not guaranteed if:
The item is damaged due to misuse or poor handling
Return request is made after the 7-day window
Product is not in its original condition
