1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• You changed your mind within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Products that cannot be returned:

• Used gaming headsets (for hygiene reasons)
• Opened software or digital products
• Custom-made or clearance items
• Items showing physical damage not caused by delivery

2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For voluntary returns (change of mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.

Refunds are not guaranteed if:

• The item is damaged due to misuse or poor handling
• Return request is made after the 7-day window
• Product is not in its original condition

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different model or variation, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return conditions.
